BLEACH Mirrors High reroll guide
Start with the free retry the game reports at the end of its tutorial. Understand its pool, choose a character with a plan, then decide what to do with your launch resources.

Three summon questions that should stay separate
Before choosing a target, identify which summon you are using. The tutorial retry, a later banner and a launch gift are different sources of characters. Confusing them can waste retries or lead you to spend stones for something that was never in the pool you selected.
| Character source | Your decision | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Free tutorial retry | Choose a reported standard-pool ★4 before accepting the result. | It is not a route to the limited Aizen pickup. |
| A later summon banner | Read that banner’s eligible units, costs and current guarantee or exchange rules. | The tutorial’s retry behavior cannot be assumed to apply. |
| Launch-announced gifts | Check current eligibility for the named ★3 Ichigo and Rukia versions. | A ★3 gift does not replace the separately discussed ★4 unit by name alone. |
How the free tutorial retry works
The three release guides agree on the basic loop below. Follow the labels and summon details shown in your current game. This section concerns retrying the initial result before accepting it; it does not describe restarting a progressed account.
- Finish the opening battle/tutorial until the free retry summon is offered.
- Review the ten-pull result. The reports describe one guaranteed ★4, so do not plan around finding two ★4 units in that free result.
- Use the offered retry option if you want a different starting character. Compare a short list of keepers before repeatedly drawing.
- Accept the result when it contains the character you intend to build around, then continue with the game’s introduction and current notices.
Can the infinite retry give you two ★4 characters?
This exact question appeared in a public launch Reddit thread. Gamerch’s release guide reports that only the final guaranteed slot can produce a ★4 in this tutorial summon. On that reported setup, repeatedly retrying for a second ★4 is not a useful target. We are attributing the restriction to the guide, rather than treating a player’s unlucky results as proof of a hidden rate.
Use the retry to obtain the standard-pool keeper you chose in advance. After that, additional lower-rarity characters can be a secondary preference if you want them, but do not let a second imagined ★4 requirement prevent you from accepting a suitable start. If the live summon details change, use those details and revisit this advice; the retry result is not a general model for every banner.
Check the full identity of your keeper
The launch gifts and the recommended summon characters can share a name and version title while having different star ratings. A screenshot captioned only “Ichigo” or “Rukia” is therefore incomplete. Read the stars on the result and retain the complete title when comparing it with a guide. Do not reject a ★4 result because you expect a similarly named ★3 gift to be an identical unit.
The same distinction matters later when you invest. Character level, grade and limit breaks describe development of a particular unit; they do not by themselves show that one rarity turns into another. Keep the unit’s current identity separate from the future effects displayed in an ability-preview screen.
Who to keep: two different starting plans
There is no need to pretend the recommendations are unanimous. Game8’s release retry guide prioritizes Ichigo or Toshiro for attack pressure, while Gamerch favors Rukia for control and team critical support. Choose the plan that fits your roster and the character you want to use.
| Starting plan | Source recommendation | What to understand |
|---|---|---|
| Build around an attacker | Game8: Ichigo or Toshiro | Ichigo’s Arts 1 trigger and Toshiro’s critical-hit conditions play differently; read the exact kit. |
| Start with a team enabler | Gamerch: Rukia | Her status effects and support condition need to connect with your other two characters. |
Choose a role before accepting the retry
These three official character portraits are visual references for the contrasting starting plans discussed above. Check the ★4 result and bracketed version in the actual summon; the illustration by itself does not prove rarity.

Ichigo Kurosaki
[Substitute Soul Reaper]Attack-oriented startHis published Combo kit rewards landing hits. Game8 includes Ichigo among its attacking retry priorities.

Toshiro Hitsugaya
[Squad 10 Captain]Critical-hit damage planHis published kit links critical hits to additional effects. Think about the support your future squad can supply.

Rukia Kuchiki
[Squad 13 Lieutenant]Status and team supportGamerch prioritizes Rukia’s control and critical-support potential. Her value depends on more than on-field damage.

Choose a stopping rule before you start retrying
A short keeper list is more useful than trying to perfect every card in the first result. These are editorial decision examples based on the reported pool and the published kit descriptions. None requires a specific number of retries or a spending commitment.
- You want a direct attacking start: choose between the standard-pool attackers you would enjoy using, then read the trigger that makes the preferred kit work. Game8 highlights Ichigo and Toshiro, but their conditions differ. Keep your chosen result when the relevant ★4 appears instead of changing the target after every new opinion you read.
- You prefer control and a support foundation: consider Gamerch’s Rukia recommendation, then name the job the other two slots need to do. Her reported role is a reason to choose her, rather than proof that she alone completes a team. Do not make obtaining every member of a paper trio a condition for starting the story.
- Your main goal is Aizen: use the tutorial to select a standard-pool character you can play alongside a future attacker, then evaluate the limited banner separately. Accepting a tutorial keeper does not guarantee Aizen later. Decide what you can afford and read the live banner terms before using Mirror Stones.
- You already accepted a result and have made progress: inspect the account you actually have. A functioning team, completed content and a favorite you enjoy are relevant benefits. A different source’s preferred tutorial target is a reason to compare roles, rather than a reason on its own to erase that progress.
Aizen is not the free retry target
The release reports place Aizen outside the initial standard-pool retry. Bandai Namco introduced [Standing at the Top] Sosuke Aizen as the first limited summon character. Evaluate that banner separately after reading its current rules, rather than repeatedly drawing the tutorial pool for him.
Before spending launch Mirror Stones, read these banner details
The publisher announced launch stones for 30 summons, but the current notices determine whether you can claim them. A reward headline does not tell you which banner is best for your account. Once you know what you actually received, open the details for the banner you are considering.
- Confirm the exact target and its rarity in the eligible pool. A character appearing in promotional art does not establish that every banner can produce it.
- Read the cost and the applicable rates or guarantee conditions in your own client. A number quoted for the beta or another pool does not answer the same question.
- If an exchange or guaranteed reward is shown, check what counts toward it and any expiry. Do not assume progress carries from a different banner without a stated rule.
- Ask which current team slot the result would replace and what the remaining two slots need. If you cannot explain the improvement, pausing is a valid resource decision.
When keeping your account is reasonable
A starting pull is only one part of an account. If you already have characters you enjoy, have made progress or can form a coherent three-slot plan, keeping the account is a reasonable editorial recommendation. A launch source grade is not a requirement to discard your save.
- Pick a character you want to play, then look for a teammate whose condition you can activate.
- Separate the announced ★3 gifts from the ★4 unit discussed in retry recommendations.
- Read reward eligibility and banner details before using Mirror Stones. The publisher’s launch announcement is not an evergreen promise of gifts.
After keeping the result, turn it into a first team
Put the keeper beside two characters you own, read each slot’s live effects and choose one simple interaction to learn. An attacker with a condition you can follow is a better starting plan than an ambitious rotation built around missing characters. For a support keeper, identify who benefits from its effect rather than expecting it to supply every part of the damage plan.
Continue the story and beginner missions, concentrate the first upgrades on a small core, and use the team guide if the intended effect never activates. Protect the save with the official Data Link process once you intend to keep it. The goal of the retry is to begin with a plan you can develop, rather than to postpone playing until the account matches every launch tier list.
Before changing or resetting an account
A full account restart is different from a free retry. External guides describe different data-reset procedures, and we have not established their recovery consequences for each linked-account state. No account-deletion, file-clearing or reinstall sequence is provided here.
